With many years of information technology and travel industry background, I have been able to deliver innovative solutions to meet the needs of a travel agent, with my experience working in various companies including Stargate Cyber Active Ltd.

My job proficiencies include online and field support to travel agency staff for various problems relating to Air, Cars and Hotel reservations, planning organizing and conducting periodic trainings on existing and new products delivered by Travelport and by developing various solutions as per the requirements of a travel agency to automate various time consuming activities increasing the productivity of individual staff.

Stargate Cyber Active, a travel technology company is a sole distributor of Global distribution system – Worldspan by Travelport and various other solutions, in Saudi Arabia.

  • Online support for travel agencies for Worldspan by Travelport.
  • Conducted classroom, virtual, and field trainings for travel agency to enhance sales and productivity using new Travelport smartpoint products including Air, Hotels and Cars.
  • Planned organized and developed training materials that met specific needs for travel agencies new hire and existing staffs.
  • Developing Applications/scripts for automation of tasks using tools like Worldspan scripts, Worldspan XMLproSDK, OTA, .NET and PHP.
  • Developed web based app “www.caponticket.com” to restrict travel agents to a limited amount of ticketing decided as per their management.
